Job Opportunity: Project Manager

- Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 (excluding incentive pay)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Manager with a strong background in service-oriented roles that require high-touch customer interactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5 years as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong customer communication skills
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Experience in the window, door, or construction industry preferred
- Mobile—able to visit job sites to engage with customers, installers, and suppliers
- Basic hands-on experience with drywall patching, caulking, and minor repairs is a plus
A company truck will be provided, and this position offers a salaried structure with commission potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Monitoring: Oversee project timelines, materials, and labor to ensure all requirements are met.
- Customer Communication: Provide updates, resolve issues, and coordinate scheduling through text, phone, email, and chat.
- Technology Utilization: Master tools such as HubFlo to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Customer Follow-Up: Conduct post-installation check-ins to ensure quality and satisfaction. Address any necessary rework, reorders, or service/warranty needs.
- Installer Payments: Process payments to installers upon project completion.
- Site Visits: Perform on-site visits as needed, including basic service tasks (e.g., replacing a sash, minor drywall patching, caulking, and touch-ups), customer engagement, delivering materials, and installing yard signs.
- Supply Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of necessary materials such as caulk, foam, and trim.
- Warehouse Support: Assist with warehouse operations, including unloading trailers and organizing supplies.
