Entry Level Event Coordinator
We are currently seeking an entry level Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our fast-paced events team. The successful candidate is detail-oriented and will be able to balance team assistance, facility maintenance, and of course customer service.
Entry Level Event Coordinator Responsibilities
- Understand sales quotas for each event
- Engage with high volume of customers in-house
- Coordinate with team and assigned area
- Collaborate with other vendors when applicable
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
- Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve any problems
- Evaluate event’s success and submit reports
- Have familiarity with event whether pertaining to sports, music, or the arts.
Entry Level Event Coordinator Requirements
- Can commute to Broward County
- HS Diploma
- Immediate availability
- 18 or older
- Familiarity using MS Office
- Great leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree or previous sales experience extremely valued
- Detail-oriented
- Prompt
- Reliable

Pay: $600.00 - $850.00 per week
