Position Summary
As the Controller, you’ll oversee the financial management of our operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight. You’ll manage accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting, working directly with leadership to support business goals and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage the budget and forecasting processes.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry financial regulations.
Monitor cash flow and project profitability.
Work with external auditors, tax preparers, and regulatory agencies.
Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
Provide financial insights to guide strategic decision-making.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
3 years of experience as a Controller or senior accounting role, ideally in construction.
Knowledge of construction accounting practices like WIP schedules and job costing.
Proficiency in accounting software like Viewpoint Spectrum, QuickBooks, or similar.
Strong skills in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems are a plus.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
