What are the responsibilities and job description for the Benefits Administrator position at Nu Skin?
About the Role :
Administers benefit plans for the company by completing monthly audits, billings, and updating vendors in our system. Administers company wellness programs and activities designed to improve organizational wellness, physical, emotional, social, financial, and physical health, and well-being. Manages and oversees all aspects of employee wellness program. Assists Benefits Team with any tasks as needed and answers employee benefit questions.
What you'll do :
- Advise and inform employees of the details of the company's benefit programs
- Resolve benefit-related issues and respond to queries and requests in a timely manner
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive, innovative wellness programs and events in the alignment of the organization's wellness goals and objectives to improve employee health and well-being.
- Maintains wellness platform including physical and mental health programs;
- Applies for and maintains company status for awards and certificates that deal with physical and mental wellness programs.
- Liaise with vendors and coordinate contracts for new and existing plans.
- Assist Benefits Team with employee questions and any projects as they come up. Assist with monthly audits and billings for vendors. Assist with vendor fairs, blood drives, and yearly screenings.
- Evaluate the efficiency and value of current benefit programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with payroll and ensure that employer contributions and payroll deductions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned.
