This hybrid role requires a mix of inoffice and remote work offering flexibility while maintaining key responsibilities for ensuring accurate and timely billing processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Process and manage billing for corporate clients efficiently and accurately.
Utilize billing systems to generate invoices and review billing data.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and billing procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams (finance sales and operations) to ensure billing accuracy.
Generate and review billing reports for accuracy and completeness.
Provide customer support for billing inquiries and issues.
Qualifications :
Previous experience with billing systems for major corporations.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of data.
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Preferred :
Minimum 2 years experience in billing and insurance products
Experience with billing software.
Prior work in a corporate or largescale billing environment.
Contract Duration : 68 months with a potential transition into a permanent opportunity
