We are seeking an HR Generalist that will be responsible for the day-to-day recruiting tasks and onboarding of new hires. Provides support in the areas of general Human Resources administration. Exercises discretion and independent judgement.

The salary ranges from $60,000.00 - $68,000.00. Starting salary will be dependent on experience level.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years’ experience in Human Resources Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Previous payroll experience required (Ultipro/UKG preferred).
- Bilingual English / Spanish desirable.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters pertaining to Human Resources and Payroll.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred but not required.
Duties:
- Recruitment activities:
- Maintain company's job postings on UKG system.
- Monitor online recruiting and forward applicant information to hiring supervisor.
- Schedule job interviews with applicants.
- Work with temporary agencies and recruiting sources.
- Onboarding:
- Manage onboarding process in UKG for all new hires.
- Manage new hire orientation.
- Back-up payroll processing as needed.
- Assist with employment verifications.
- Attend and help at all company events.
- Maintain paper and electronic training records.
- Other duties as assigned.
Salary : $60,000 - $68,000
