Key Responsibilities :
Manage the entire Scrum process for development team(s), ensuring adherence to Agile principles and effective delivery of projects.
Maintain Scrum artifacts such as product backlogs, sprint backlogs, and burndown charts, ensuring transparency
Oversee projects from assignment to implementation, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Support change management efforts by guiding the team through transitions and addressing resistance.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement actionable strategies to enhance team efficiency.
Required :
Scrum Certification to validate expertise in Agile frameworks and methodologies.
Skills include communication, leadership, organization, time management, budget management, risk management, problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork.
Minimum of 3-5 years as a Scrum Master in software development, with proven success in delivering complex projects.
A degree from an accredited College / University in the applicable field is preferred. (Without a degree, an additional 4 years of relevant experience is required.)
