About the role
- This person will play a role in shaping and elevating the brand foundations and visual identity. They will focus on strategic and creative design solutions that are both impactful and efficient.
- It is essential to develop strategic and narrative thinking skills to structure ideas that can be applied to digital, graphic, packaging, 3D, and photographic projects. This includes managing suppliers across a broad creative spectrum, ranging from photographers and design studios to animation and 3D teams, with autonomy. In other words, a great design generalist.
You'll be responsible for
Visual Strategy & Brand Expression:
- Translate brand strategy and positioning into consistent visual experiences.
- Conduct visual audits and identify opportunities for brand enhancement.
- Develop and implement efficient design workflows and processes.
- Advocate for design systems that improve efficiency and scalability across the organization.
- Structure presentations through coherent narratives and have strong presentation skills.
- Master in graphic tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, etc.); motion design or 3D skills are a plus.
- Lead projects inclusively and collaboratively.
Foundational Design:
- Develop foundational design systems, including logo systems, color palettes, typography, photography and imagery guidelines.
- Oversee the creation of brand assets that align with the brand strategy.
- Implement innovative design solutions that enhance the brand experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Specialists to ensure alignment between design and marketing objectives.
- Maintain a holistic approach to problem-solving.
- Provide design expertise and guidance to other marketing teams.
- Ensure that design principles are integrated into all marketing materials.
- Act as a guardian of the brand's design principles.

Our Nu Way of Working
Our work model is hybrid and has cycles that can be from two to three months according to the business of expertise. For every eight or twelve weeks of remote work, one will be at the office.
