Role: Project Coordinator
Location: Irvine, CA (100% onsite (5 days a week – 9AM-6PM PST))
Duration: 12 Months Contract

Note: Korean Bilingual REQUIRED (complete fluency – verbal, read/write)
Job Description:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating, administering and organizing project activities, in cooperation with and under the direction of project leaders.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating, administering, and organizing project activities, in cooperation with and under direction of project leaders.
- Will help our team members to stay on track by efficiently managing schedules, coordinating resources/communications, creating reports, and handling administrative duties for our office and members.
- Will reduce bottlenecks, facilitate communications across departments and allow project leaders/members to focus on their work.
- Day-to-Day will be drafting tasks, assisting Project Leaders with project coordination between SRA and DMS and will work/assist alongside the Facility/Lab Admin
Required Experience and Education:
- 1-2 years of relevant industry experience (analysis, statistics, coordination, etc.)
- Bachelor's Degree is required (Engineering or Technology related major preferred).
- Proficient in the areas of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in Korean and English required (complete fluency – verbal, read/write).
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
