Responsibilities:
- Drive cross-functional Lyft.com web projects from start to completion:
- Support projects across various Lyft teams, including Marketing & Communications, Growth, Legal, Privacy, and more.
- Navigate ambiguity and work independently.
- Lead consulting and discovery sessions with cross-functional team members.
- Problem-solve and provide thoughtful, recommended solutions.
- Oversee Airtable intake requests, ensuring changes, assets, directions, and best practices are implemented, along with proper QA.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders and cross-team partners to share updates, timelines, and progress through project completion.
- Manage day-to-day Lyft.com requests:
- Oversee CMS updates for both new and existing pages and microsites.
- Manage CMS site permission requests.
- Support teams with GA4, Looker Studio, or Singular reporting and analytics requests.
- Assist teams with new Singular and Bit.ly link creation and QR code requests.
- Be a Lyft.com Subject Matter Expert (SME):
- Serve as a central SME for Lyft's CMS (Contentful) and web analytics tools, advising partners on technical feasibility and best practices for web strategy and development.
- Utilize data from web analytics tools to inform decisions and share performance results.
- Provide Lyft.com planning support:
- Help manage and maintain sprint planning, site experimentation, and site roadmap documentation
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in a digital or web project/program manager role: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, marketing teams, and agency partners.
- 4 years of experience in web marketing: Proficiency in SEO, data analysis/reporting, site optimization, and A/B testing.
- Experience with a broad .com tech stack: Familiarity with headless content management systems (e.g., Contentful), project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Jira), web operations and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity, Mode Analytics, Singular), and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Resourceful and autonomous: Ability to create solutions from scratch, quickly learn and leverage new tools to improve processes and programs, and work autonomously with a strong bias for action and results.
- Excellent Organizational Abilities: Highly detail-oriented, capable of effectively juggling and prioritizing multiple priorities and projects concurrently.
- Effective Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred experience: Knowledge and understanding of web design and web accessibility best practices.

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
