- Accurately process customer sales and service transactions, including related paperwork.
- Read and comprehend instructions and information, both orally and in writing.
- Maintain working knowledge of Google Products and dealership computer systems.
- Develop excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effectively utilize the dealership's computer system and reconcile vendor accounts.
- Process payments, create business relationships with vendors, and complete daily vehicle payoffs.
- Provide administrative assistance and attend staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.
