What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Nucar?
Nucar Connection is searching for a Receptionist for its New Castle County dealership. This is a part-time position working about 20-25 hours per week.
Job Requirements:
- Must read and comprehend instructions and information, both orally and in writing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and managerial skills.
- Required to effectively utilize the dealership's computer systems & processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer dealership phones and direct them appropriately to fulfill their customer needs
- Must be personable and possess excellent service and communication skills to ensure a friendly and comfortable experience for inbound calls
- Connect and interact with both customers and coworkers
- Reception background preferred
- Strong Google Business Suite skills are a must
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required
- Previous Cashier/Reception experience, preferred
