We are looking to add a litigation attorney to our nine-person legal team. We are a fast-paced, innovative, passionate, and enthusiastic group that strives to support our Nucor teammates every day, while also maintaining real work-life balance. Role will primarily require in-office attendance.
Job functions will include :
- Manage portfolio of litigation and regulatory matters
- Oversee all aspects of matter management, including case strategy, selection and direction of outside counsel, investigation, discovery and budgeting
- Provide day-to-day counseling and advice on labor and employment issues
- Provide strategic legal advice to business partners on litigation and labor and employment practices
- Develop and present training and education on best practices in the workplace
- Assist with other legal matters, as necessary
