Basic Job Functions:
The HR Coordinator will promote safety, ensure consistency, maintain best practices and serve as a resource for the division. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for payroll administration, recruitment/onboarding, maintaining employee records and documentation, benefits administration, FMLA and LTD tracking, Learning Management System, assisting teammates with day-to-day inquiries and other duties as assigned. This position will report directly to the HR Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Four years of work experience in an HR related field
- OR a combination of related work experience in an HR related field
- On-site work required
- Payroll and HR experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- SAP or similar HRIS experience
- HR certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
