Basic Job Functions

Nucor Fastener is seeking to hire a Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to contribute to our fast-paced, innovative, and enthusiastic team. Our teammate is someone who will be passionate about leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance operations.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 by collaborating on the design, documentation, and maintenance of system processes.
• Applying financial and operational expertise to ensure effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 finance and operations.
• Translating business requirements into scalable and reliable solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Designing cohesive solutions by leveraging functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Facilitating discussions with division leaders to gather critical business requirements and present effective technical solutions.
• Enhancing automation and process effectiveness by applying technical expertise and division best practices.
• Developing functional design documents that incorporate current division best practices and solution alternatives.
• Managing project scope, acceptance, installation, deployment, and change requests within Nucor Fastener.
• Resolving technical issues by providing recommendations to IT and division leaders.
• Performing quality assurance analysis and ensuring adherence to data governance.
• Leading implementation and onboarding of new customers into the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system. Troubleshooting existing issues & streamline operations while learning X12 and XML format.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in information systems, supply chain management, or an engineering related field
• At least one (1) year experience as a Business Analyst, BI professional, or similar role, excluding internships and co-op positions.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-3 years of ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certified
• Experience in steel or metal related industry
