Job Functions Will Include
- Manage portfolio of litigation and regulatory matters
- Oversee all aspects of matter management, including case strategy, selection and direction of outside counsel, investigation, discovery and budgeting
- Provide day-to-day counseling and advice on labor and employment issues
- Provide strategic legal advice to business partners on litigation and labor and employment practices
- Develop and present training and education on best practices in the workplace
- Assist with other legal matters, as necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong academic credentials, including Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school, and member of the bar of a U.S. jurisdiction.
- 4-7 years of litigation experience working at a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations.
