Basic Job Functions
The Environmental Manager develops and executes a strategy for the division that is in alignment with our enterprise sustainability strategy. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading our baghouse and water treatment operations teams
- Leading Quality team
- Managing the facilities environmental activities including compliance, permitting, and building relationships with State and Federal environmental agencies
- Performing community outreach
- Partnering with all departments to drive continuous improvement
- Developing and growing our team for future success
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years' leadership experience in maintenance or operations in manufacturing with a focus on safety and environmental excellence
- Proven knowledge of environmental regulations, compliance standards, and technical understanding of baghouse and water systems
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or equivalent
- Registered Environmental Manager credentials or PE license
- Experience in operations, maintenance, design of waste treatment, water treatment, baghouse, and air scrubbing systems
