Minimum Qualifications
- Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, scheduled and unscheduled overtime.
- 4-year Engineering or Science Degree
- Prior experience with tube mills.
- Prior experience with parts conveyor design.
- Prior experience in heavy equipment or manufacturing.
- Process improvement background using statistical analysis.
- Equipment upgrade, installation, and commissioning experience.
- Prior leadership experience and contractor management.
