This Will Include, But Is Not Limited To:
- Coaching and developing the production leads, operations team, and support team
- Cultivating Nucor culture for teammate development, future leaders, and sustainable results
- Managing systems in safety, quality, and production to take care of NRF customers
- Contributing to strategy of innovation and efficiency to maximize Nucor profitability
- Working collaboratively with peers across the group to continuously drive results
- Managing a department budget
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience
- Self-starting, positive problem solver always looking for work that needs to be done and ways to improve their work. Energetic with initiative and enthusiasm that is motivating to others.
- Production and/or Maintenance background
- Prior fabrication experience
