Basic Job Functions
- Reviews and enters freight publications
- Enters and maintains freight rates
- Processes freight bills and resolves any freight discrepancies
- Handles freight disputes with the carriers
- Assists regional centers with transaction analysis and problem resolution
- Enter and maintain freight locations
- Initiate new vendor requests for freight vendors as needed
- Available to work occasional overtime
- Works on special projects as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline or 4 years related work experience
- Willingness to learn new software tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to efficiently manage workloads and recognize priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to provide high quality of service to internal and external customers
- Ability to demonstrate initiative on projects and assignments
- Proficient with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Oracle
