We are seeking a leader for the position of Environmental Manager to oversee all environmental responsibilities, permitting, compliance, environmental control systems, and plant water operations.
The successful candidate will be a leader capable of ensuring the team delivers on our commitment to safety and environmental excellence, and empowering their team to execute and meet objectives in quality, costs, productivity, profitability, and environmental performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish a clear vision and strategy for environmental management
- Lead and motivate a capable and motivated team to achieve operational performance and commercial objectives
- Collaborate with division leadership to inspire the entire operation and promote a culture of safety and sustainability
Requirements:
- Three years of environmental leadership experience
- Preferably four-year degree or equivalent
- Experience with regulatory compliance and environmental permitting; local, state and federal government relations and stakeholder management
