Job Overview:

Deliver accurate product placement and labels. Learn new technology. Neatly arrange items on shelves. Move merchandise using proper equipment and techniques. Act quickly to resolve customer concerns. Cross train and work in other areas of the business as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain stock levels throughout the sales floor. Locate overstock locations when necessary
• Put away incoming stock from receiving holding area daily
• Adhere to all safety procedure to prevent injury
• Label and bag all incoming stock when necessary using the available resources e.g., Rf gun and printers
• Maintain item locations when moving items or new items arrive
• Perform inventory cycle counts as directed
• Arrange merchandise on the sales floor shelves and displays
• Replace returned items from counter to their proper locations
• Greet customers, provide assistance, ask questions and listen to identify their needs
• Participate in product training classes, when approved by a manager, both during and after store hours to better product knowledge and job performance
• Sweep the sales floor to remove dirt, debris, and any other things that can be a hazard to safety
• Assist with picking will call and delivery orders, neatly packing the materials, and staging them in proper locations
• Assisting other positions when needed such as counter sales, warehouse & receiving, deliveries and other duties as directed

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities): * Fluent in Spanish and English a plus

• Willing to work 40 hours
• Must pass a full background and drug test
• Strong customer service background
• Strong organizational skills & attention to details
• Adhere to the policies and procedures
• Possess self-motivational skills
• Team player mentality
• Must be able to act in a safe and efficient manner
• Willing to stand for the entire work day
• Willing to work in cold and hot temperatures based on the seasons
• Willing to perform frequent & accurate physical inventory counts
• Physical skills to lift and carry inventory and climb ladders daily
• Ability to lift and carry 30-50lbs regularly and 100 lbs. with help
• Technical knowledge or experience a plus (not necessary for employment)
