Nuix is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager. Nuix Automate provides the automation and orchestration layer of Nuix Neo and is a high-profile and strategically critical feature within the Nuix product portfolio. Its remarkable functionality is utilized by a large and growing of the world's highest profile organisations. This is a strategically important role within the Nuix Product team.

This position will be based in our Herndon office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week, but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the Herndon office for the remaining days of the week.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of Nuix's Automate product offering, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands.
Workflow Automation Innovation: Drive innovation in workflow automation by analyzing customer requirements and market trends.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for Automate capability and Nuix Neo solutions.
Customer Engagement & Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights through direct interaction with key clients to identify pain points, prioritize product features, and improve user experience.
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through development, release, and post-launch support, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality software.
Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials for internal teams and customers.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics, using data to inform decisions on feature enhancements, usability improvements, and product iterations.
Issue Resolution & Support: Lead the resolution of complex product-related issues, collaborating with support teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.
Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and positioning of Nuix products.
Sales Enablement: Provide training and support to sales teams, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell Nuix solutions to target markets.
Product Management Expertise: At least 5-8 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on automation and data processing software, such as Rampiva.
Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of workflow automation, data processing, and reporting tools, with hands-on experience using Rampiva or other automation, orchestration products.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to achieve product goals.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive product success.
