What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Project Manager (Commercial Construction) position at NuJak Companies, Inc.?
- Assist with project buyout, manage material and equipment procurement
- Make schedule revisions
- Schedule, participate in, and document all project coordination meetings
- Process RFI’s, Submittals, Change Orders, etc.
- Process and maintain document logs: RFI’s, submittals, etc.
- Monitor and document job site and accident prevention
- Update and maintain all sets of drawings, specs, and logs
- Document punch list work
- Manage project closeout: tracking documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, and Excel.
- Experience with RedTeam or Procore preferred.
- Must be willing to travel to projects. Overnight stay may be required.
- Experience with project estimating is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable and self-motivated
