Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to support our Global Finance Transformation initiatives. This role is instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of finance-related projects by managing timelines, risks, and resources while collaborating with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, finance process improvements, and finance IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead finance transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Collaborate with Global Process Owners to develop and maintain project roadmaps.
Define project scope, objectives, and resource requirements.
Develop and implement detailed project plans, assigning tasks and responsibilities accordingly.
Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively.
Prepare and present status reports to working groups and finance leadership.
Utilize project management best practices and methodologies, such as PMI standards.
Manage resource allocation through the resource management system.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance, Program Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in finance process improvements or finance IT projects.
PMP certification preferred.
Proficiency in project management tools (experience with Smartsheet is a plus).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.
Proven ability to collaborate across functional teams and organizational levels.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid : In-office presence required (specific details to be discussed).
