Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Bottling and Canning Line Operators to join our productions team at Nulixir Inc. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience in a warehouse environment, particularly within production operations. As a Bottling and Canning Line Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation of production lines while adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
Duties
- Operate and monitor production line equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Fabricate and assemble packaging materials as required for product distribution.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area in compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify potential issues and perform basic maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while ensuring product quality and safety.
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Accurately label and code finished goods and products.
- Pack finished goods and products into appropriate containers (e.g., boxes, trays, and pallets).
- Ensure proper sealing and closure of packaging materials.
- Verify product quantity and quality before packaging.
- Adhere to packaging guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized packaging area.
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety practices, including Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP).
- Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting equipment issues effectively.
- Experience in the food industry, particularly with beverage production, is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
