Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Bottling Line Lead or Supervisor to oversee our production operations in our facility, The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, including areas related to food safety and sanitation. As the Botting Line Lead/Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently while adhering to all safety and quality standards within Nulixir's in-house beverage packaging operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on the bottling production line, ensuring compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols.
- Manage a growing team of Bottling Line Operators (10-20 members)
- Train and mentor team members on best practices for food safety, sanitation, and equipment operation.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met, including the proper packaging of products.
- Ensure that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance on production equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with management to implement improvements in efficiency and productivity within the warehouse environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is sanitized according to industry standards.
- Fabricate solutions for any operational challenges that arise during the production process.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
Skills
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to production equipment and machinery.
- Familiarity with CGMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations within the food and beverage industry.
- Experience working in a warehouse setting with an understanding of packaging processes.
- Knowledge of craft beer production is a plus but not required.
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges on the production line.
- Bilingual, fluent in Spanish preferred.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
