1. Requires cruise line or similar hospitality experience, preferably with Ecommerce involvement.
2. Responsible for building a product regression automation suite and integrating it into deployment processes.
3. Expected to lead and mentor a team of QA Manual Testers, creating a collaborative and motivated work environment.
4. Tasked with overseeing the development and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks.
5. Works with Test Engineers to identify opportunities for test automation and streamline the automation process.
6. Ensures that automated test suites are up-to-date, efficient, and effectively integrated into the testing pipeline.
7. Collaborates with the Program Lead to define test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
8. Participates in test design and planning activities, including risk assessment and prioritization of test efforts.
