Position: Senior Accountant

Report to the CEO and CFO
Compensation (TBD based on experience)
Location: Irvine (Remote and onsite hybrid mode)
Job responsibilities (preliminary, subject to change):
- Customer PO processing and invoicing
- Vendor payment processing
- Review AR aging weekly and contact customers on past due payments
- Bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
- Software revenue recognition
- Manage month end close process (reconciliations and journal entries)
- Manage customer license requests and work with the Support team on license issuance
- Maintain the customer renewal file and notify customer on renewals
- Consolidation of financial statements
- Support external audits and tax returns
- Assist with payroll and HR functions
- Work together with the CEO and CFO on ad hoc reports and tasks
Requirements.
- 3-5 years' experience as a corporate Accountant
- BS degree in Accounting٫ a certification such as CPA will be a bonus
- Profound experience with Quickbooks desktop and Quickbooks online
- Experience with full cycle month-end close process
- Strong technical knowledge of Excel
- Experience at big 4 is a plus
- Good understanding of revenue recognition, especially on software license revenues
- Working at software companies are a plus
- Good knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Strong analytical and communication skills٫ with accuracy and attention to detail
