We are seeking a highly motivated and action-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance Team. As a key member of the Finance Department, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. What You’ll Do

  • Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting to support budgeting and planning activities.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process, providing input and helping develop financial forecasts.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and presentations for management and stakeholders as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information, ensure data integrity, and provide financial insights for business initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of financial models, business cases, and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track financial metrics, and provide recommendations for optimizing financials performance.
  • Support strategic planning activities including goal setting, regional and product analysis.
  • Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience (experience in a software business is preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and financial software analysis tools. NetSuite other other ERP experience is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, and financial statement analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to come to the NYC office three - four days per week.

Where You’ll Work

This is a hybrid role, open to all who reside within a commutable distance from midtown Manhattan, NYC (our new headquarters is located near the Grand Central Terminal).
