Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of production lines, ensuring that products are assembled, fabricated, and packaged in compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards. This role requires a commitment to quality control and sanitation practices while working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Assemble products according to specifications while adhering to quality control standards.
- Fabricate components as needed for the assembly process.
- Package finished products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Utilize pallet jacks and forklifts safely to move materials and finished goods within the facility.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas by following sanitation protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any issues or malfunctions.
- Perform basic math calculations to verify quantities and measurements during production processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Line Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and CGMP practices is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control measures.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts; certification may be required.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be able to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
