Job Summary
We seek an experienced, energetic Office Manager to oversee order management, logistics, and bookkeeping while ensuring a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage remote customer service representative
- Coordinate shipments, client pickups, deliveries, and manage accounts receivable
- Collaborate with suppliers, sales team, graphic department, and clients to achieve goals
- Handle tasks such as data validation, order management, job scheduling, logistics, and conflict resolution
- Monitor graphic department queue and manage shipping and receiving
- Communicate with clients to schedule pick-ups and deliveries and communicate issues that occur
- Resolve problems when errors occur with orders and manage office supplies
- Validate and monitor gross profit on all orders
- Send invoices and monthly statements to clients and make collection calls
- Enter client payments and create deposits
