Overview
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Care Aides. As a Home Care Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need within their homes or assisted living facilities.
Duties
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform patient observation and report any changes in condition
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily routines
- Offer dementia care and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Launder clothing and linens as needed
- Light housekeeping

Experience
- Prior experience working in home or community care settings is preferred
- Familiarity with assisting individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in ADLs and patient observation techniques
