The Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) program is a no-cost, 2 1/2 year
program that serves qualified low-income, first-time mothers. Enrollment
occurs during pregnancy and continues until the child is 2 years old.
Specially trained registered nurses visit the clients NFP.jpgin their homes
and meet clients via virtual visitation to help them develop healthy
nutritional habits, positive relationships, and safe living environments.
Clients are encouraged to finish school and to set goals toward
achieving financial independence.
