Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in Chico, California.
This is a 13-week contract with 40 hours per week and an 8-hour night shift schedule.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in interventional radiology and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Administer imaging exams using various equipment and techniques
- Position patients to ensure accurate and safe image capture
- Maintain high-quality images through adjustment of equipment settings
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the exam process
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited program in radiologic technology
- Current certification as an RT(R) or equivalent
- Experience in interventional radiology (preferably)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
