Job Description
As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting physicians with interventional procedures and ensuring the safe handling of patients and equipment. Your primary duties will include:
- Preparing patients for imaging procedures
- Operating imaging equipment such as fluoroscopes and CT scanners
- Developing radiographic images using various techniques
- Maintaining accurate records of patient information and medical history
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field (Radiologic Technology)
- Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Interventional Radiology
- At least 1 year of experience in Interventional Radiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
