About the Role
As we prepare for state licensure approval and our official launch, we are seeking a Director of Clinical Services (DCS) to lead our home health agency. This role is essential in establishing a strong foundation for excellence in patient care and ensuring we uphold the highest standards in home health services.

Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance & Licensing – Ensure compliance with Oregon state and federal home health regulations.
- Client Care Management – Oversee client care, including assessments, care planning, health education, and follow-up.
- Staff Recruitment & Supervision – Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training of nursing and caregiving staff.
- Operational Leadership – Provide direction in all aspects of client care and staff management.
- Quality & Risk Management – Conduct audits, maintain compliance, and foster a culture of clinical excellence and safety.
- Patient & Family Advocacy – Ensure patient-centered care with a focus on compassion and personalization.
- Grant Assistance & Funding Support – Identify potential home health grants, assist in application processes, and support funding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Active RN License in Oregon (required)
- 2–5 years of leadership experience in home health (Director of Nursing, Clinical Supervisor, or similar role )preferred
- Strong understanding of Oregon home health regulations and licensure processes
- In-depth understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient confidentiality and data protection.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and staff.
- Experience in policy implementation, compliance, and quality assurance
- Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving priorities
- Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and development.
