The Community Engagement Specialist is primarily responsible for driving the growth of Nurse Next Door. Passion for spreading the word about Nurse Next Door and thus driving results and collaboration with our team are focal points of this position! What You Will Lead :
Building and nurturing top 40 professional referral source list.Developing and executing new sales & marketing ideas to drive revenue growth.Performing 25 sales calls, per territory (3), weekly with professional referrals.Drive business interest by engaging in relationships with community partners and leaders, as well as professional organizations to establish long term relationships that will translate into word of mouth and professional referrals.Manage and maintain digital marketing presence on social media sites.Works closely with advertising / marketing / PR vendors to ensure that all advertising campaigns are branded and achieve desired outcomes.Responsible for attending and participating in local networking and professional associations and / or Chamber of Commerce meetings to represent Nurse Next Door and increase brand recognition.Responsible for planning and executing the monthly sales and marketing plan.Responsible for conducting Intakes of new clients and scheduling Caring Consults with the Care Designer, as required.Develops, promotes, and ensures high quality, innovative customer service.Responsive and accessible.Other duties as assigned and required.Position Qualifications :
Bachelor’s / Associate's degree in marketing / sales related field required.Minimum of 2 - 5 years sales / marketing experience, preferably, in a home care environment. (Will consider less, if highly qualified.)Proven in-depth knowledge of digital marketing and sales strategies to drive internet traffic to organizational websites.Prior professional experience driving sales and marketing goals and deliverables.Empathy for others, particularly vulnerable members of the population.Self-starter, comfortable working independently and in teams.Excellent communications skills - written and verbal.Maintains good work ethic (reliable and punctual while displaying a positive and cooperative attitude at all times).Detail Oriented; Excellent Organizational Skills.Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.Must be a self-lead leader.Must be located in the Pinellas / Pasco County territory.Availability :
Flexibility is required.Full time.Ability to attend community meetings and events.Ability to develop and lead Nurse Next Door, Pinellas’ sales / marketing and “community” events.Business Relationships :
