Job Description : The Clinical Director (Maryland Licensed) will be responsible for overseeing the clinical staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services. This role involves supervising clinical staff, conducting regular staff meetings, and providing ongoing training and development opportunities. The Clinical Director will also be involved in program development, compliance with healthcare regulations, and quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the clinical staff and operations at the facility.
- Provide clinical supervision and professional development opportunities for therapists and other mental health professionals.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular case reviews and staff meetings to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinical programs and services.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to provide integrated care.
- Manage crises and provide guidance on handling complex cases.
- Must be able to be onsite when required
