We’re seeking a dynamic Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the clinical team at a vibrant and well-respected Senior Living Community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services.
Location: Fairfax, VA (Fair Oaks Area) Competitive Pay: $90K – $140K annually (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring regulatory compliance and high standards of care.
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff across all levels and shifts.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents’ individual needs.
- Foster strong communication with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Champion quality improvement initiatives and staff development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid RN license in Virginia (or compact license).
- Minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership role within senior living, long-term care, or assisted living.
- Proven track record of regulatory compliance and team leadership.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for enriching the lives of seniors.
