Job Overview
As a Patient Care Specialist with NurseCore, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care services. You will work closely with our team to evaluate patient needs and develop personalized care plans that meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient safety and security in the home environment
- Provide care in compliance with assigned care plans and RN delegation
- Communicate effectively with RN supervisors and other healthcare professionals
- Assist patients with total or assisted personal care, meals, and mobility
- Practice universal precautions, infection control, and use protective equipment to protect patients and self
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years old
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- Active CNA/HHA licensure in the State of Nevada
- One year of experience preferred
