Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (On-call every other weekend)
Salary: Starting at $45,000 annually, with a 90-day probationary period; salary and employment review after 90 days.

Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Nurse Staffing Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This performance-based role requires you to excel in recruiting and strategically placing nurses to meet the staffing demands of our healthcare partners. Your strong communication skills, people skills, and ability to drive performance will be critical to your success and the company’s profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Proactively source, attract, and recruit qualified nursing professionals using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Placement: Strategically match and place nurses with healthcare facilities, ensuring alignment with their specific needs and our staffing pool’s capabilities.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs, provide ongoing support, and address any concerns.
- Candidate Management: Conduct screenings to ensure candidates meet the necessary qualifications and standards. Build and maintain relationships with our staffing pool, learning their skills, needs, availabilities, geographical locations, and where they like to work.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage nurse assignments efficiently, handle scheduling conflicts, and address last-minute staffing needs to ensure seamless facility operations.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve staffing goals and contribute to the company’s profitability by meeting performance targets related to fill rates and client satisfaction.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate details, and client interactions to ensure transparency and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, ideally within the healthcare or nursing sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and other recruitment tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong performance orientation and the ability to meet or exceed staffing targets.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; experience in the medical field and familiarity with medical terminology is required. (Ex: One must know the difference between a nurse and a nurse aid, PRN, Per-Diem, and Contract staffing, etc. )
- Proven track record in a staffing or recruitment role with a focus on performance and results.
