Shift Details : Day shift Coverage Dates : 18-Mar-2024 to 29-Mar-2024 (8 days) Possibility to Extend Staff Hours : (Days - Mon, Thu) - 2 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 PM (Days - Tue) - 07 : 00 AM to 11 : 00 AM (Days - Fri) - 07 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM Requirements :
- Primary care and / or chronic disease management experience
- Must be proficient in the use of an electronic medical record; experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus
