Responsibilities

- Assist to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of residents, ensuring their rights are respected.
- Lead, mentor, and manage nursing staff, promoting professional development and adherence to best practices in home care.
- Assist collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and address any acute care needs.
- Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives as necessary.
- Assist managing shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels while maintaining high standards of care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with medical terminology standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in nurse management, preferably in a home health or acute care setting.
- Strong knowledge of nursing administration, resident rights, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with developing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Experience in shift management and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
