Salary : $80,000 - $85,000 per year
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with department heads to support staffing needs and address personnel issues.
- Manage employee benefits programs and payroll administration.
