Registered Nurse

Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse to support our client’s medical facility based in Holmdel, New Jersey.Thisopportunity is a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities:

• Patient Evaluation & Care Assistance: Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care, identifying patient needs through assessments and determining priorities for care.
• Care Planning & Documentation: Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs, utilizing initial and ongoing assessments to develop an individualized care plan.
• Nursing Interventions & Management: Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage the care of patients, ensuring proper treatment and intervention based on patient acuity and clinical priorities.
• Evidence-Based Practice Advocacy: Advocate for evidence-based care standards and support the adoption of best practices and innovations in care delivery.
• Professional Nursing Practice: Provide patient-centric care in alignment with the professional nursing practice model, while fulfilling other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years prior RN experience working in a MS/Tele unit in a major acute care hospital setting
• ACLS - AHA
• BLS - AHA
• NIHSS

Location: Holmdel, New Jersey

Job Type: Travel/ Local

Schedule: 3x12 - Night - 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Pay Range: $60.00/ hour

• Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
