Responsibilities:
- Champion best practices in wound documentation, ensuring accurate and timely records.
- Collaborate with the team by reviewing patient orders and care plans, optimizing individualized care.
- Contribute to a culture of quality by assisting with audits and compliance initiatives.
- Empower fellow nurses and CNAs through education and mentorship.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
- Active and unrestricted Massachusetts RN license.
