Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care in Labor and Delivery.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist in childbirth procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during the labor process.
- Educate patients and families on labor processes and post-delivery care.
- Document all care and patient interactions in compliance with hospital policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Alaska RN License (must be obtained upon hire).
- 1 year of nursing experience in Labor and Delivery or related field.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association.
