Key Responsibilities:
- Assess & Plan: Provide direct patient care through comprehensive assessments and development of individualized care plans.
- Patient Advocacy: Ensure ethical care practices and advocate for patients' autonomy, dignity, and values.
- Safety & Quality: Uphold patient safety and integrate best practices to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based care.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Active Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS (American Heart Association) certification upon hire.
- NIH Stroke Scale Certificate required within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year of Neuro Nursing experience required (clinical rotations do not qualify).
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary between $78,000 to $145,000 (commensurate with experience).
