Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Standard computer and telephone skills
Job Requirements:
- Welcoming guests in a timely manner and checking them into their appointments
- Checking guests out of their appointments and giving a fond farewell
- Providing luxury service to everyone that enters the salon and spa
- Educating guests on products and processing retail transactions
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the salon and spa, this includes but is not limited to dusting, sweeping, restocking product and inventory, moving and lifting heavy items, etc.
- Answering phone calls, emails, and other communications in a friendly and professional manner
- Support out Instructors and students with any needs that may arise
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, reach both across and above, and lift objects 25 lbs - 40 lbs
